Morning Flow is a gentle vinyasa flow beautifully combining asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath work) & meditation, enabling you to start your day in a blissful way!
Yin yang
Yin yang yoga classes truly combine the best of both worlds... The dynamic vinyasa flow (yang) will help getting your body stronger and more flexible, always moving on the breath, whereas the other half of the sequence (yin) will focus on intense relaxation where poses will be held passively for a longer period of time (3-5mn). If you can't choose between getting physically challenged or quieting the mind, don't hesitate any further!
Vinyasa flow
Vinyasa flow classes are opportunities to venture off the beaten path. Those carefully-designed sequences will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and balance the mind, by flowing together on the breath in a creative manner
Power vinyasa
Power vinyasa is a high-intensity vinyasa flow practice where sequences are carefully designed, focusing on synchronizing movement on the connection to the breath. Power vinyasa classes aim at enabling you to clear your mind while breaking a sweat and really getting into the nooks and crannies of your body, and your practice! It is therefore not recommended for beginners.
Prenatal vinyasa
Specifically designed for moms-to-be, prenatal yoga is an invitation to pregnant women who want to stay fit and maximize their level of comfort during pregnancy while preparing for labor. Prenatal yoga classes are also characterized by a greater use of props to support the body in the poses
Mom & baby yoga
Mum & baby yoga classes are a chance for new mothers and their pre-crawling babies to further bond thanks to gentle massages, as well as for the mother to slowly resume her yoga practice after birth
Restorative yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on relaxing & balancing the body and the mind in a very calm fashion. Yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, belts and blocks are systematically used, enabling you to truly ease yourself into the poses, allowing to find ultimate rest & peace.
Yin yoga
Yin yoga is a gentle yoga practice focused on holding the poses for 3-5mn, which enables you to truly unwind and heal your body & mind
