Slow flow
Slow flow classes invite you to connect to your body by moving on the breath at a slower pace than in regular vinyasa classes. This softer approach is ideal for anyone new to yoga or wanting to slow down & focus the attention inwards to clear the mind
Vinyasa flow
Vinyasa flow classes are opportunities to venture off the beaten path. Those carefully-designed sequences will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and balance the mind, by flowing together on the breath in a creative manner
Power vinyasa
Power vinyasa is a high-intensity vinyasa flow practice where sequences are carefully designed, focusing on synchronizing movement on the connection to the breath. Power vinyasa classes aim at enabling you to clear your mind while breaking a sweat and really getting into the nooks and crannies of your body, and your practice! It is therefore not recommended for beginners.
Prenatal vinyasa
Specifically designed for moms-to-be, prenatal yoga is an invitation to pregnant women who want to stay fit and maximize their level of comfort during pregnancy while preparing for labor. Prenatal yoga classes are also characterized by a greater use of props to support the body in the poses
Mom & baby yoga
Mum & baby yoga classes are a chance for new mothers and their pre-crawling babies to further bond thanks to gentle massages, as well as for the mother to slowly resume her yoga practice after birth
Restorative yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on relaxing & balancing the body and the mind in a very calm fashion. Yoga props such as bolsters, blankets, belts and blocks are systematically used, enabling you to truly ease yourself into the poses, allowing to find ultimate rest & peace.
Yin yoga
Yin yoga is a gentle yoga practice focused on holding the poses for 3-5mn, which enables you to truly unwind and heal your body & mind
Thai yoga massage
Relax and restore by both giving and receiving a Thai yoga massage: a rhythmic flow of assisted yoga stretches, acupressure and mindfulness. You feel deeply energized and relaxed, both physically and mentally
Yoga nidra
Yoga nidra, also known as "sleep yoga", is a guided journey into a state of deep relaxation. Yoga nidra is a scientifically-proven way to free yourself from suffering, either physical, emotional, or spiritual.
